Refund Policy

A customer may request to cancel their reservation for any reason. A cancellation fee may be charged if the request is received less than the minimum hours required (6 – 72 hours depending upon optional tour) prior to the reserved date and time of the optional tour. We will refund the full payment minus the cancellation fee to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
